State Rep. Phil Plummer Endorses YR Excellence
YR Excellence is proud to announce the endorsement of State Representative Phil Plummer, Chair of the Montgomery County Republican Party, in our campaign to lead the Ohio Young Republicans into 2026.
Representative Plummer has spent his career building one of the strongest county Republican organizations in Ohio. As a state legislator and county party chair, he has been a steady force for conservative leadership and effective political organization in the Dayton region and across the state. His endorsement is a meaningful signal of the kind of coalition YR Excellence is building, one rooted in trust from the Republican leaders who know our candidates and our work best.
